Para una taza, añade aproximadamente 6 g de café a 70 ml de agua. Añade azúcar al gusto y coloca el cezve a fuego lento. Remueve suavemente y, cuando el café comience a formar espuma, distribúyela uniformemente entre las tazas. Lleva el café restante a una breve ebullición y sírvelo.
