When deep cleaning is required, only seek assistance from professional centers specializing in delicate surfaces/hand-woven rugs. All our rugs are manufactured to high quality standards; however, due to the nature of the production process, variations of up to 5% in dimensions may occur. This is usually the first measurement that goes under the seating group; it centers the coffee table, and the front legs of the armchairs rest on the rug. MALLTURK LLC nu este responsabilă pentru eventualele taxe vamale, impozite sau taxe de import aplicate comenzii dumneavoastră. Toate taxele percepute în timpul sau după expediere sunt responsabilitatea exclusivă a clientului (tarife, impozite etc.).

Adresă incorectă și probleme de livrare
Clienții sunt responsabili pentru furnizarea unor informații de livrare corecte și complete. Nu suntem responsabili pentru comenzile livrate la adrese incorecte sau incomplete furnizate de client. Vă rugăm să verificați cu atenție detaliile de livrare la finalizarea comenzii.

Garanția satisfacției clienților și a livrării

Toate comenzile sunt ambalate profesional pentru a asigura protecție maximă. MallTurk LLC își asumă întreaga responsabilitate pentru orice daună care poate apărea în timpul transportului internațional.

Dacă lipsește vreun articol din comanda dumneavoastră, vă rugăm să ne contactați prin canalele noastre de asistență, iar articolul lipsă vă va fi trimis prin livrare expresă, gratuit, în termen de 48 de ore.
În plus, dacă produsul primit nu corespunde imaginilor sau descrierilor produsului nostru, se va emite o rambursare integrală de 100% în termen de 24 de ore, cu condiția să fim anunțați în termen de 48 de ore de la livrare.

De asemenea, toate produsele beneficiază de garanția noastră de 60 de zile: dacă articolul dumneavoastră se defectează sau își pierde funcționalitatea în termen de 60 de zile, vă vom oferi gratuit un produs înlocuitor sau o rambursare integrală.
