MALLTURK LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

All orders are professionally packaged to ensure maximum protection. MallTurk LLC is fully responsible for any damage that may occur during international transit.
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us through our support channels, and the missing item will be sent to you via express shipping free of charge within 48 hours.
Furthermore, if the received product does not match our product images or descriptions, a 100% full refund will be issued within 24 hours, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.
In addition, all products are covered under our 60-day warranty: if your item breaks or loses functionality within 60 days, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
