ジェズベに、きめ細かく挽いたマスティック入りトルココーヒーを小さじ1杯と、約70 mlの冷水を入れます。お好みで砂糖を加えます。弱火でゆっくり加熱し、泡が立ったら沸騰する前に火から下ろします。泡をカップに分け入れ、コーヒーをゆっくり注ぎます。
