Gluten-Free Walnut Baklava: Gluten-free baklava is produced for the special diets and gluten-free diets of people with celiac disease. Celiac disease is a long-term illness primarily affecting the small intestine. This allergic reaction causes a lifelong sensitivity in the small intestine to a protein called gluten, found in grains such as wheat, barley, and rye. Studies have been conducted with the Celiac Living Association, and samples have been taken from patients. The amount of gluten measured on a dry matter basis does not exceed 20 mg/kg. Except for the flour used in this product, the other ingredients are the same as the taste quality of regular baklava. Gluten-free baklava is presented to our customers in our showroom using a separate section and equipment. it is recommended to consume this product under medical supervision. Our products are regularly analyzed. it is calculated based on a daily intake of 2000 calories. This product is manufactured in accordance with the gluten-free product regulation number 34.
