While boiling, skim off any foam with a wooden spoon. Fill your jars with jam when it's cold and seal them tightly. Apricot Jam Recipe Ingredients: 2 kilos of apricots 2 pounds of sugar Half a teaspoon of lemon powder Instructions: Start by washing the apricots. Remove the seeds, cut them into desired sizes, and place them in a deep pot. Pour 1 kilogram of sugar over the apricots, cover the pot, and let it sit overnight. In the morning, place the pot on the stove and cook the apricots for about 45 minutes. Skim off any foam with a spoon. Add the lemon powder 10 minutes before the jam is done cooking.
