ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this Contract, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Seller: MALLTURK LLC (operating under the brand name MallTurk).
Buyer: A natural person or legal entity who purchases or uses goods or services from the Seller.
Website: The official website of the Seller available at www.mallturk.com.
Orderer: A natural person or legal entity who places an order through the Seller's Website.
Parties: The Seller and the Buyer.
Contract: This Distance Sales Contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
Products: Goods offered for sale by the Seller through the Website.
Service: Any service provided by the Seller through the Website in exchange for payment.
ARTICLE 3 - SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Contract is the sale and delivery of the Products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's Website www.mallturk.com. This Contract defines the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the Products whose details, specifications, and sales prices are provided during the ordering process. The prices displayed on the Website are the current sales prices of the Products. The announced prices and offers remain valid until they are updated or changed by the Seller. The order confirmation details and invoice provided to the Buyer are considered integral parts of this Contract.
ARTICLE 4 - DATE OF THE CONTRACT
This contract is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer upon the Buyer's confirmation of the order on the Website.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY OF GOODS OR SERVICES, PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY
The Products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer during the checkout process. Delivery will be made to the Buyer or to a person over 18 years of age residing at the specified address.
ARTICLE 6 - DELIVERY COSTS AND PERFORMANCE
Delivery of the Products is carried out after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed by the Seller. The Seller processes and ships orders within the timeframe stated on the Website and Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and logistics conditions. If payment for the Products is not successfully completed, canceled, or not approved by the payment provider, the Seller reserves the right not to fulfill the order. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
ARTICLE 7 - BUYER'S DECLARATIONS AND COMMITMENTS
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the following terms regarding returns and cancellations:
Return Contact Window: The Buyer must contact the Seller via info@mallturk.com within 21 days of delivery to initiate a return process.
Shipping Back Window: Authorized return items must be shipped back to the Seller's address within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges & Cancellations: We do not accept exchanges or order cancellations once the order is processed.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, perishable products, digital downloads, and intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
ARTICLE 8 - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sales price of the Products are specified in the order confirmation and invoice provided to the Buyer. These details are considered integral parts of this Contract.
ARTICLE 9 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
MALLTURK LLC respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting personal information. Personal data collected through the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using the Website and placing an order, customers acknowledge that their personal information may be collected and used for order processing, customer support, payment processing, delivery, and improving our services. ARTICLE 10 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer must contact the Seller at info@mallturk.com before sending any product back. Unless otherwise stated in the Return and Refund Policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.
