Blackberry leaf tea can be made by brewing or boiling fresh leaves, or by drying them, making it a tea that can be consumed year-round. For one cup of blackberry leaf tea, one teaspoon of crumbled dried leaves or three fresh leaves is sufficient. To prepare it, add the blackberry leaves to a cup of boiling water, cover, and let it steep for about five minutes. After steeping, strain the tea using a sieve and enjoy.
