This blend is both delicious and nutritious. ingredients: Moringa Leaf, Peppermint Leaf, Lemongrass Brewing instructions: Place one teaspoon of Peppermint Moringa Tea blend into a cup or teapot. Add approximately 200-250 ml (equivalent to one cup or glass) of hot water. The water temperature should be approximately 85-90°C. Let the mixture steep for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed.
