Add approximately 200-250 ml (the amount equivalent to one cup or glass) of water at 90-95°C. After the water boils, you can wait a little to allow it to cool to the desired temperature. Let the mixture steep for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed. This brewing time allows the flavors and aromas of the tea to fully blend. Strain the tea at the end of the brewing time. Sweeten to taste with honey, sugar, or lemon. Serve Turmeric Ginger Tea hot or cold and enjoy its calming flavor. For cold tea: double the amount of tea.
