This blend is a great option to brighten your daily life. ingredients: Black Tea (Ceylon), Apple, Mallow, Rosehip, Orange Peel, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cherry, Cranberry, Vanilla. Brewing instructions: Place one teaspoon of Vanilla Toddy Black Tea into a cup or teapot. Add approximately 200-250 ml (equivalent to one cup or glass) of boiling water. Let the mixture steep for 4-6 minutes with the lid closed. After steeping, strain the tea and sweeten with sugar or honey as desired. Optionally, you can garnish it with a slice of orange or a cinnamon stick before serving. You can consume 2-3 cups a day. However, be careful not to overdo it.
