Depending on the number of people you are serving, for each cup, mix 1 teaspoon of Turkish coffee with the appropriate amount of water in a cezve (Turkish coffee pot) over low heat, stirring slowly, to create a delicious coffee. When your coffee froths, you can distribute the foam into the cups with a spoon, then pour the coffee, which you have heated a little more over low heat, into the cups. You can easily make your coffee in a Turkish coffee machine using the same measurements.
