We aim to process and ship orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Time & Shipping Partners We partner with reliable global courier services (such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS) to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times are indicated on the order page and the product page. The average delivery time is 8 business days.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you can check your order status and track your shipment through the tracking link sent to your email or via the “My Orders” section on our website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All taxes and fees are collected at the checkout stage. (This applies only to the USA, Canada, and EU member states; these amounts are not collected for other countries.)

For other countries:

Customs duties vary by country depending on local regulations. You may be required to pay customs duties upon delivery. All applicable customs charges, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order directly on the package. The release of your package is entirely at the discretion of customs officials.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
