If any item is missing from your order, please contact us through our support channels, and the missing item will be sent to you via express shipping free of charge within 48 hours.
Furthermore, if the received product does not match our product images or descriptions, a 100% full refund will be issued within 24 hours, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.
In addition, all products are covered under our 60-day warranty: if your item breaks or loses functionality within 60 days, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
