Brewing Secrets • Use fresh, oxygenated water that has not been boiled before. • 100°C boiling water is best for herbal teas. • Place a pyramid bag in a cup or teapot, pour water over it. • Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the bag. • Steeping for longer may make the tea bitter. • To preserve the flavor, store your tea in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas can easily absorb moisture, which can shorten the recommended shelf life.
