Brewing Secrets: • Use fresh, oxygen-rich water that has not been boiled before. • Green teas should be brewed with water at 85-90 degrees Celsius. You can let the boiled water sit for 2 minutes before brewing. • Put the tea leaves in the teapot and pour the boiling water over them. • Brew for 4 minutes, then pour into a cup. • Brewing for longer may make the tea bitter. • To preserve the flavor, store your tea in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas can easily absorb moisture, which can shorten their recommended shelf life.
