Product Usage Information • This product is suitable for daily home use. • Due to its hand-woven and natural wool structure, shedding of fibers/fringes (hair loss) may be observed on the surface during the initial use and throughout use. This is a natural and expected characteristic for hand-woven carpets. • Natural changes may occur on the surface over time depending on the intensity of use. Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions • It is recommended to clean the carpet regularly with a vacuum cleaner. • Vacuuming should be done gently using a brushless attachment. • Avoid harsh beating, shaking and aggressive cleaning practices. • Do not use chemical cleaners. • In case of stains, it is recommended to seek support from professional carpet cleaning services. • Regular and proper maintenance is of great importance for the long-lasting use of the product. Important Information: This product is manufactured using hand-weaving methods and natural materials. Pilling, loosening of fibers, or fraying of the tassels during use are not manufacturing defects but normal characteristics inherent to the product. Warranty and Terms of Use: The product is only covered by warranty against manufacturing defects. Deformations resulting from applications contrary to usage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions are not covered by the warranty. CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS: While customer satisfaction is our priority, exchange and return procedures are evaluated under the following conditions: 1. Right of Withdrawal (Under the Distance Sales Agreement): • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product. • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. 2. Acceptance Conditions: • The product must be sent in its original condition, complete and undamaged. • Deformations caused by use (wear, pilling, fraying, etc.) are not considered within the scope of this warranty. • Damage resulting from improper use, maintenance, and cleaning of the product is not accepted as a cause of damage. 3. Special Information Regarding Handwoven Products • In handwoven and natural wool carpets, shedding of fibers, loosening of fringe, and fraying of the tassels may occur depending on the usage process. • These situations are due to the natural structure of the product and do not constitute a defect. • These natural characteristics are not considered within the scope of change. 4. Defective/Damaged Products • If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement or exchange process will be carried out. • Requests submitted within this scope will be finalized after the necessary examination and evaluation process. 5. Shipping and Process • It is the customer's responsibility to package the product appropriately to prevent damage during transport. • Products found not to meet the conditions as a result of the inspection may be returned to the customer. 6. General Provisions • All replacement and exchange processes are carried out within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant distance sales legislation. • All customers who make a purchase are deemed to have accepted these terms.

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us through our support channels, and the missing item will be sent to you via express shipping free of charge within 48 hours.
Furthermore, if the received product does not match our product images or descriptions, a 100% full refund will be issued within 24 hours, provided that we are notified within 48 hours of delivery.
