Gluten-Free Walnut Baklava: Gluten-free baklava is produced for the special diets and gluten-free diets of people with celiac disease. Celiac disease is a long-term illness primarily affecting the small intestine. This allergic reaction causes a lifelong sensitivity in the small intestine to a protein called gluten, found in grains such as wheat, barley, and rye. Our products are regularly analyzed. it is calculated based on a daily intake of 2000 calories. This product is manufactured in accordance with the gluten-free product regulation number 34.
